The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee Archives

IDEA Arc was chosen by the JDC for computing all archive branches in New York and Jerusalem on one central system. In addition, the project included the construction of hierarchal trees, the transition to working according to the ISAD.G standard, a digitization process of millions of documents and the exposure of the materials on the web in two search infrastructures.

Israel Museum

The IDEA Muse system was chosen by the Israel Museum, for computing all the museum’s collections and curatorial work of a variety of items including – artifact, Judaica, archeological items and more. In addition, the project included the establishment of a unique work processes system for the museum’s objects within the museum’s 27 departments.

Yad Vashem

The IDEA ALM system was chosen by the “Yad Vashem” institution to serve as the central infrastructure of its entire information databases and centralize the organization’s over 70 million items and 500 terabytes of versatile data including the testimonial pages, historical documents, reports, books, articles, photos, scanned documents, museum artifacts, videos and more.
